Una instalacion en progreso

Cuando no podemos instalar un programa porque nos indica que ya hay una instalación en progreso.


  1. Press the Windows Logo key + R to open a Run
  2. Type regedit into the Run dialog and press Enter to launch the Registry Editor.
  3. In the left pane of the Registry Editor, navigate to the following directory:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Windows > Installer

  1. Click on the InProgress sub-key under the Installer registry key in the left pane of the Registry Editor to have its contents displayed in the right pane.
  2. In the right pane of the Registry Editor, double-click on the (Default) registry string value to modify
  3. Erase whatever is in the string value's Value data field, and click on OK.
  4. Close the Registry Editor.

Error ID 2011: Espacio de almacenamiento insuficiente en el servidor para procesar este comando

Para repararlo, se debe incrementar el parámetro IRPStackSize en el registro del servidor donde está el recurso compartido, en el ejemplo el Ordenador B. Aquí tenemos el valor de registro afectado: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SYSTEM \CurrentControlSet \Services \LanmanServer \Parameters IRPStackSize DWORD 0x0000000f (15) A veces un valor de 15 no es suficiente, y solamente valores entre 16 y 25 resuelven el problema. Intentamos primero con 16. Normalmente los valores con más éxito son 16 y 18, en caso de que no resulte se puede utilizar 20 o más. No debemos olvidar reiniciar la máquina tras realizar cada cambio, porque sólo así se hará efectivo el nuevo valor.
